The VIP festivities will be Friday evening at 7pm so we suggest arriving no later than Friday afternoon so you have time to settle in your hotel.
If you are not attending the VIP festivities you will want to arrive Friday evening, Summit registration will begin Saturday at 9am and closing ceremonies on Sunday will end at 3pm.
